A deposit of EUR 300 is required and should be paid in cash or with
a cheque on the day of your arrival. The deposit will be returned on the
day of your departure if the house is clean and in a perfect condition.

What languages do you speak?We speak Dutch, Spanish, English and German.

How far is the nearest beach?The nearest beach is ± 200 meter from the house and is just a 3 minutes’ walk. The name of this beach is Playa del Rastell.

Are bedding and towels included?Bedding and towels are not included, but we offer our guests the possibility to rent them. If you are interested, please contact us and we will give you more information.

Do you offer a baby bassinet?We don´t offer any baby bassinet or other accessories for babies. It is recommendable to bring it from home.

Are pets allowed?Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the house.

Is it allowed to smoke in the house?It is prohibited to smoke inside the house, but outside on the terrace is the perfect place to relax and smoke a cigarette.

Where can I park my car?There is a private parking next to the house, which offers even enough space for more than one car. Especially very nice in the summer months when it is very busy on the road, so you don´t have to search for a parking spot. Of course it is also possible to park your car on the street in front of the house.

Is there air-conditioning in the house?There is air-conditioning in all the three bedrooms. Very comfortable during the hot summer, so you can sleep easily.

How far is the city center?The city center is only 17 minutes walking from the house which is about 1,4 kilometer.
In casa of delayed arrival, your booking will only be kept if you give
advanced notice. No refund will be given for the unoccupied period
(for the rent of the house)
If you decide to depart earlier for any reason, it is not possible to
receive any refund.
A 50% of the total sum have to be paid in advance, after receiving
confirmation of the reservation, which will show the amount and terms
of payment. The remaining 50% have to be paid at least 30 days
before arrival date.

C A N C E L L A T I O N
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
If cancellation is made between 14 and 2 days before arrival date we will
refund only a 25% of the paid amount. Cancellations made less than
2 days before arrival no refund will be made. A cancellation is only valid
in writing.
